Don't be embarrassed -- we won't judge. We want to get your books straightened out and your tax obligations defined, and hopefully resolved.
Sometimes life just happens and things don't get done. The biggest issue, though, is doing something as soon as you can, to mitigate the cost of cleanup, as well the interest and penalties that may be piling up.
Some returns are more complex than others. Please plan to get your corporate records into our hands by February 15, and your personal records to us by March 1. While we can always file an extension for you, the tax is still payable on the original due date.
